What Our Art Transportation Includes
Raven Art Services moves artwork across the Wood River Valley every week — a single painting from a Ketchum gallery to a client's home, a designer's delivery in Hailey, a full collection relocated during a renovation. Every job includes hands-on fine-art handling, protective packing or soft-packing where the work needs it, careful loading and securing, and delivery that ends with the piece where it belongs rather than propped against a wall.
Beyond the valley, we provide regional transportation throughout Idaho and to Western destinations, depending on scheduling and the requirements of the project. When we handle a route directly, transportation can be dedicated to your work — fewer transfers, fewer hands, and a clear window for pickup and delivery. When a project is better served another way, we coordinate with trusted art-shipping partners and stay involved at the local end so nothing falls between two companies.
Who We Move Artwork For
We work with private collectors, galleries, interior designers, artists, and other art professionals. Typical projects include gallery-to-residence deliveries, moving work between seasonal homes, consolidating a collection before a renovation, transporting sculpture that needs more than two hands, and receiving incoming shipments on a client's behalf — inspecting, holding, and then completing onward delivery or professional installation.
Framed paintings, works on paper, mirrors, freestanding and wall-mounted sculpture, and mixed-media pieces are all routine for us. Oversized or unusually shaped work is assessed individually before we commit to a plan.

How It Works
Review the Route
We confirm what is moving, where it is going, and how it needs to be protected — including access at both ends, stairs, elevators, gates, and driveway conditions typical of mountain properties.
Prepare and Load
Work is packed or soft-packed as needed, padded, and secured so nothing shifts, leans, or rubs in transit. Loading is planned before anything leaves the wall or the floor.
Deliver and Place
We deliver on the agreed schedule, unpack carefully, and can carry straight through to placement or full installation rather than leaving crates in your entryway.
Local and Regional Coverage
Daily service throughout the Wood River Valley, with regional transportation across Idaho and to Western destinations depending on scheduling and project requirements.

Can you provide dedicated transportation for a single piece?
When we handle a route directly, transportation can be dedicated to your work, which keeps handling to a minimum and gives you a clear pickup and delivery window. Where a project calls for it, we also coordinate with trusted art-shipping partners.
Does the artwork need to be packed before you collect it?
Not necessarily. We can pack or soft-pack the work as part of the job and coordinate custom crating when a fabricated crate is the right protection for the journey.
Can you receive artwork on my behalf?
Yes. We regularly receive incoming shipments for collectors, galleries, and designers, inspect and hold the work as needed, and complete onward delivery or installation.
What do you need in order to quote a transport?
